Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped next day (excluding weekends and major holidays), once payment is received. Carrier shipping times depend on type of shipping selected at checkout.

Once an order has reached a certain point in its fulfillment process it cannot be edited or cancelled. As a result, order cancellation or modification requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order must be modified or cancelled, please email info@saniset.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification informing you that the order has been received. When fulfillment has completed and the label is created for the carrier, you will receive an email notification with the tracking info. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier.

Any packages shipped back to Saniset as a Return To Sender due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 Return To Sender Fee to cover reshipment costs. The customer will be notified of said return by a customer support representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the Return To Sender Fee will be invoiced and be made payable through the original payment method.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders outside of the U.S.A., note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes charged on the delivery of their orders. We do not offer free exchanges/returns on any international orders.
